How To Relieve Stress

Life is stressful, isn't it? We're so busy multitasking and trying to get things done that we forget how important it is to take care of ourselves. We want to help! 

1) Exercise
Ugh I know, right? But it's so good for you that it lowers your body's stress hormones and also helps release endorphins. So if you're having a bad day you can turn it right around by doing 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill. Get California Donuts afterwards :)

2) Sleep
The one magic word. Your sleep can be negatively affected by anxiety and stress. It's important to get 6-7 hours of sleep so you can start your day off right and have the energy to multitask.

3) Light a candle
I recommend using essential oils or burning a scented candle. Aromatherapy can help reduce your stress, anxiety and can be very soothing. Lavender is always a good way to go in my book.
